INSPIRATION/
HISTORY
Several years ago, I encountered a masked owl in Japan, and since then, I have created several pieces inspired by this theme. Still and motionless, as if part of the landscape, its fixed and intense gaze deeply moved me with its mysterious presence. Its expression, both calm and piercing, inspired many of my creations.
This medal was crafted to embody the owl’s mystical charm and its symbolism as a lucky talisman.
MEANINGS
OWL :
A symbol of wisdom and insight, the owl is known as a protector that wards off negative influences and attracts wealth and prosperity.
In Japan, it is called “Fukurō,” a wordplay that carries two meanings :
“good fortune arriving” (fuku-rō) and “without hardship” (fu-kurō), making the owl a highly cherished symbol of good luck.

Recycled silver and gold, chosen with environmental responsibility
Sterling Silver (925 Silver):
An alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.
It is harder and more resistant to scratches than pure silver, making it ideal for durable jewelry.
18k Gold Plating:
We use a layer of gold of at least 18 karats, applied with a thickness of 3 microns. Unlike gold-flash jewelry — whose plating ranges from 0.03 to 1 micron and is often referred to as “flash” — this process ensures greater durability and preserves a refined brilliance, close to that of solid gold.
18k Yellow Gold (K18YG):
A high-quality alloy consisting of 75% pure gold and 25% silver and copper. Stronger and more scratch-resistant than pure gold, 18k gold offers a beautiful luster, excellent durability, and lasting value—making it a popular choice for fine, timeless jewelry.

I strive to create pieces worthy of the two titles I have been awarded. Each jewel is designed with the sincere wish to bring warmth and joy to the one who wears it,
