We regret to inform you that it is unfortunately not possible at the moment to send parcels to the United States via Colissimo (La Poste).
Since August 29, 2025, a new customs regulation has come into effect: the exemption for low-value shipments (“de minimis”) has been abolished, and all goods are now subject to duties and taxes from the very first dollar (previously, shipments under $800 were exempt). As the procedures to be implemented by international postal operators have not yet been clearly defined, the application of this regulation remains extremely complex for the time being. The shipment of jewelry remains possible only through private carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Shipping costs are around €80–90, to which customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees must be added, representing approximately an additional 20–25% of the total amount (product + shipping costs).
