INSPIRATION /
HISTORY
Jiji:
A small Sphynx cat who dislikes being held and has a personality as mysterious and difficult to decipher as the universe itself. Yet there is something about him that naturally makes you want to protect him. As if observing the world from a distance, Jiji is in fact deeply sensitive, keenly aware of the slightest presence and the most subtle changes.
I portrayed Jiji as a gentle guardian cat, quiet and delicate, watching over his surroundings with silent care.

Beginning with hand-drawn sketches and continuing through model making to the final finishing touches, every step is carried out in a workshop in France.
Each piece is carefully crafted with pride in traditional craftsmanship and a deep passion for handmade work.

I strive to create works worthy of the two distinctions that have been awarded to me, designed to stand the test of time alongside those who choose them.
